baked peanut butter ump oatmeal

Serves 1
Ingredients:
4 scoops Beverly International Vanilla UMP
12 egg whites
1 cup oats
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 cups water
4 T peanut butter
¼ cup Truvia

Instructions:
  1. 1) Preheat oven to 375F and coat an 8X8 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. 2) In a large bowl, combine the oats, protein, cinnamon and Truvia.
  3. 3) In a medium bowl, beat eggs, water and peanut butter.
  4. 4) Add to the oats mixture. Mix well. Pour mixture into baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.
  5. 5) Let it cool, slice and serve.

Baked blueberry almond butter oatmeal

Serves 8
Ingredients:
12 whites (1.5 cups egg whites)
1 cup oats
4 scoops Beverly International Vanilla UMP
1.5 cups water (use 3/4 cup water if using a protein powder other than UMP)
½ cup Walden Farms Blueberry Syrup (sub ¼ cup Truvia/Stevia if you’d like)
4T Almond butter
1 cup blueberries
Optional: ½ cup crushed almonds for topping

Instructions:
  1. 1) Preheat oven to 350.
  2. 2) Combine all ingredients in a bowl except for the blueberries and crushed almonds.
  3. 3) Fold in blueberries.
  4. 4) Spray a 9x13 casserole dish with cooking spray and pour contents in to dish.
  5. 5) Sprinkle with crushed almonds.
  6. 6) Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean and it doesn’t jiggle too much.

Peaches & Cream pie oatmeal

Serves 1
Ingredients:
½ cup oats
1 cup water (you can sub your milk of choice also)
1 scoop Beverly International Vanilla UMP
½ cup Peaches
1T Walden Farms Caramel Syrup/Dip
1T PB2 (because I put it in everything)
½ tsp cinnamon

Instructions:
  1. 1) Place oats and water in microwave safe dish and zap it for 2 minutes.
  2. 2) Remove it and add remaining ingredients except for the cinnamon. Add a little more water if mixture is too thick.
  3. 3) Sprinkle cinnamon on top.

Banana walnut protein doughnuts

Makes 12 doughnuts
Ingredients:
2 bananas
2/3 cup oats
2 scoops Beverly International Vanilla UMP
4 egg whites
½ cup water
½ cup Walnuts
¼ cup Truvia
½ tsp baking powder

Instructions:
  1. 1) Preheat oven to 350.
  2. 2) Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. 3) Spray doughnut pan with coconut oil cooking spray and pour banana batter into pan.
  4. 4) Bake for 12-15 minutes.
  5. 5) Let them cool before you remove.
  6. TIP: If you don’t have a doughnut pan, make them into pancakes or muffins.

Double chocolate banana bread pudding

Makes 8 servings
Ingredients:
8 pieces of Ezekiel Bread, thawed (use gluten free bread if you’d like)
5 eggs
3 ripe bananas
4 scoops Beverly Chocolate or Rocky Road Ultimate Muscle Protein (UMP)
1 cup Truvia
1 cup coconut milk (you can also use almond milk or water)
2T cocoa powder
2 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup cacao nibs (you can also use dark chocolate chips if you feel like getting a little cray cray)

Instructions:
  1. 1) Preheat oven to 350.
  2. 2) Place coconut milk and bananas in blender and mix thoroughly.
  3. 3) In large mixing bowl, add eggs, truvia, vanilla, and the egg/banana mixture together. Stir well with a wire whisk. Then add UMP.
  4. 3) Tear the Ezekiel bread into bite size pieces and add to the mixture. Toss and let it marinate for a few minutes so the bread can soak up all that goodness.
  5. 4) Fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. 5) Spray an 8x8 casserole dish with cooking spray. (Adjust cooking time if you use larger dish)
  7. 6) Place the gooey goodness in the dish.
  8. 7) Bake for 30-40 minutes uncovered. Or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. NOTE: Best served warm.

Chocolate cherry UMP scones

Makes 16 scones
Ingredients:
1 cup Oat Flour
½ C Truvia/Stevia
4 scoops of Beverly Vanilla UMP
1 cup 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
2 eggs
2 T coconut oil
1.5 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup dried tart or sour cherries plus 2T for garnish
½ cup dark chocolate chips (You can also sub cacao nibs)

Directions:
  1. 1) Preheat oven to 350.
  2. 2) Mix Dry Ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. 3) Combine Greek yogurt, eggs, and 1/3 cup tart cherries in a blender and puree.
  4. 4) Pour cherry mixture into large bowl with dry ingredients.
  5. 5) Fold in chocolate chips.
  6. 6) Coat scone pan or muffin tin with cooking spray and evenly distribute batter.
  7. 7) Garnish with a couple cherries on top.
  8. 8) Bake for 20-25 min.
  9. 9) They should be super moist and pop right out of the pan.

Cinnamon raisin scones with UMP maple icing

Makes 8
Ingredients:
2 pieces of Cinnamon Raisin Ezekiel Bread
2 eggs
4 egg whites
2T Peanut butter
½ tsp baking powder
2T Truvia
Icing:
1 scoop of Beverly International Vanilla UMP
¼ cup Walden Farms Pancake Syrup
½ tsp cinnamon

Directions:
  1. 1) Thaw Ezekiel Bread or toast it for a few minutes in toaster.
  2. 2) Preheat oven to 350.
  3. 3) Combine scone ingredients in blender or food processor and mix until smooth.
  4. 4) Spray scone or muffin pan with coconut oil cooking spray and pour batter into pan.
  5. 5) Bake for 12-15 minutes for dark/nonstick pan or 15-18 minutes for regular pan.
  6. 6) Remove and evenly distribute icing on those babies.
  7. TIP: If you want the icing to stay in place, wait until they have cooled a bit before icing them.

5 eggs
4 scoops Beverly International Vanilla UMP
1 cup water (sub coconut or almond milk if you’d like)
1/3 cup Walden Farms Maple Syrup
2 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
¼ cup Truvia
¼ cup pecans, chopped
½ tsp cinnamon for topping

Instructions:

  1. 1) Preheat oven to 350.
  2. 2) In large mixing bowl, beat eggs, UMP, water, cinnamon, Truvia, vanilla and syrup together.
  3. 3) Tear the Ezekiel bread into bite size pieces and add to the mixture. Combine really well so the bread will soak up all that goodness
  4. 4) Spray an 8X8 casserole dish with cooking spray.
  5. 5) Add the bread mixture and Sprinkle with cinnamon and pecans.
  6. 6) Bake for 30 minutes uncovered. Add foil, bake another 15. Allow it to cool a bit before serving or if you can’t wait, burn your tongue like me.
  7. 7) Serve with Walden Farms pancake syrup.
  8. 8) Call 7 friends to help you eat it.

Mochaholic protein french toast

Serves 1 FrenchToast
Ingredients:
½ scoop Beverly Chocolate UMP
1 egg
1 egg white
1T almond milk
½ packet instant coffee
2 pieces of Ezekiel Bread
Syrup Ingredients:
scoop Beverly Chocolate UMP
¼ cup Walden Farms Chocolate Syrup
1T Chocolate Hazelnut butter
¼ cup water
½ packet of instant coffee

Instructions:
  1. 1) Whisk 1st 5 French toast ingredients together in a small bowl and transfer to a plate. Soak bread on both sides for several minutes.
  2. 2) Preheat pancake griddle while the mocha madness soaks.
  3. 3) Place all syrup ingredients in a blender and purée.
  4. 4) Brown toast on both sides.
  5. 5) Top with syrup. Lick the spoon.
  6. 6) Welcome yourself to Coffee Chocolate heaven right here in earth!

Blueberry almond granola crusted protein french toast

Serves 1 (if you are able to share)
Ingredients:
¼ cup Granola (I used Udi’s Gluten Free Vanilla Almond)
2 piece Ezekiel bread
2 egg whites
½ scoop Beverly Vanilla UMP
1 tsp Truvia Syrup
1T almond butter
2T blueberries
1tsp Truvia
½ cup Walden Farms Blueberry Syrup
2T water
Instructions:
  1. 1) Combine egg whites, ½ scoop protein and Truvia in a small bowl. Mix well. Then mix in granola. 2) Pour into a small shallow dish and soak bread on each side for several minutes.
  2. 3) While your bread is soaking up all that goodness, preheat pancake griddle and then combine syrup ingredients in a blender and purée.
  3. 4) Brown both sides of toast.
  4. 5) Smother in syrup.

1 scoop of UMP
1 cup Kashi GoLean Crunch

Instructions:
Just make an UMP shake with 10 oz milk and 1 scoop UMP. Then pour over Kashi cereal. This is a quick, delicious, protein packed meal you can take with you on the road or eat at home anytime. It will give you plenty of dietary fiber, low glycemic carbs from the cereal and 39+ grams of high quality protein. Sometimes I even add 6 oz of cold coffee to the mix for a pick me up. Sandy and Roger»s favorite recipe.


Banana nut protein bread

Ingredients:
2 cups of quick oats
8 scoops of Beverly UMP
1 cups of baking Splenda
¾ cups of chopped walnuts
¼ cup sugar free vanilla coffee syrup
16 egg whites
½ cup of unsweetened applesauce (or substitute ½ cup of ground apple instead)
4 ripened and smashed bananas
1 tsp of baking soda
1 tsp of baking powder

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 325°F degrees. Mix first three dry ingredients together in large mixing bowl. Smash the four ripe bananas in another bowl and then add the eggs, unsweetened applesauce, sugar free coffee syrup, baking soda, baking powder and Splenda and mix with a mixer. Blend until smooth. Gradually add dry ingredients into the bowl, blending constantly on low until completely blended. Spread ingredients evenly into two medium sized bread pans that have been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 325°F for 50-55 minutes. Servings: 2 loaves (12 slices per loaf)


HeartBEET ump doughnuts

Serves 1 (if you are able to share)
Ingredients:
1 cups beets, cooked and sliced
¼ cup Truvia
3 egg whites
1 scoop Vanilla Beverly Ultimate Muscle Protein
¼ cup Walden Farms blueberry syrup
1 T coconut oil, melted
¼ tsp vanilla extract
¼tsp baking soda
¼ tsp baking powder
¼ cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions:
  1. 1) Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. 2) Place all ingredients except for chocolate chips into blender and blend until smooth.
  3. 3) Spray donut pan with coconut oil nonstick cooking spray and pour ingredients into pan.
  4. 4) Bake for 15-20 minutes or until completely cooked through.
  5. 5) Let them cool before you remove from pan.
  6. 6) If you accidentally eat them all by yourself, it’s only 600 calories total. So go ahead, eat a dozen doughnuts doll face!

UMP baked apple fritter balls

Serves 1 (if you are able to share)
Ingredients:
¾ cup Oat flour
3 scoops UMP Vanilla
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 small apple, peel & chop in small chunks
3 tbsp Honey
¼ cup unsweetened Almond Milk- you might need a bit more if the mix is too dry
1 tbsp Almond Butter

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 and spray your cookie sheet with baking Pam
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl
Fold and mix
Roll into about 1-2 in. balls and place them on your cookie sheet.
Bake for 12-13 minutes or until you see they are a little brown
Drizzle on top: Ump, almond butter, almond milk, 1 pak Stevia – mix ’til you get a thin consistency and drizzle over the top of your Fritter Balls!
