Protein puddings

Instructions for the best protein puddings:
  • Use a bowl that has extra mixing room
  • Add protein powder and other dry ingredients
  • Add eggs/egg products
  • Add wet ingredients
  • Add oil, nut butter or other fat
  • Add toppings

Rocky Road Mocha Pudding

Ingredients:
Makes 2 dozen
6 ounces Hazelnut coffee, brewed and chilled (or any other nutty-flavored coffee)
2 scoops of Beverly Rocky Road Ultimate Muscle Protein
1 tablespoon Truvia
1 tablespoon chopped nuts (not shown)
¼ tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
Instructions:

Try adding canned pumpkin as a substitute for the sweet potato. ½ cup of the canned pumpkin has 9 g of carbohydrates. Because the pumpkin is very moist, you will need to add less water to the recipe.

Incredible Hulk UMP PUDDING

Ingredients/Instructions:
Place 8oz of water and 1-2 cups of fresh baby spinach in blender and mix thoroughly.
Add 2 scoops of Beverly International UMP. (I used Cookies & Créme) Blend until smooth.
Place pudding mixture in a bowl and in freezer for 30 minutes to set. GET YO GREENS! ;)

Peanut butter cookie delight

It tastes like a Nutter Butter! ;)
Makes 1 serving
Ingredients:
1 Scoop Beverly Cookies & Créme UMP
1 Scoop of Beverly Vanilla UMP
1 T PB2
2 tsp. Truvia
7oz water (divided)

Instructions:

  • 1) In small mixing bowl combine, Vanilla UMP, PB2, and 3oz water. Mix until smooth.
  • 2) In separate mixing bowl, combine Cookies & Crème UMP, 2 tsp. Truvia and 4 oz. water. Mix until smooth.
  • 3) Layer the pudding in a serving dish and place both bowls into freezer for 15-20 minutes to set.
  • 4) Remove and try to breathe between bites

chocolate almond Biscotti pudding

8 oz. coffee, brewed and chilled
1/8 tsp. almond extract
1T Truvia
1T Walden Farm’s Calorie Free Chocolate Syrup
Instructions:
  1. 1) Combine 1st 4 ingredients in a small mixing bowl and mix until smooth
  2. 2) Pour mixture into serving dish and top with Chocolate Syrup
  3. 3) Place in freezer for 30 minutes to set

Girl Scout cookie thin mint pudding

Ingredients:
10 oz. sweet potato
banana
Splenda
vanilla
cinnamon
butter
1-1 ½ cup oats
1-2 tsp. baking powder
Directions:

Microwave the sweet potato. Mash it while it’s still warm with the banana. Add in Splenda, vanilla, cinnamon, baking powder and oats. Make the consistency dry; not too wet or it won»t set up when cooked. Spread the mixture in a pan sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees until its brown and firm. Spread the butter on top. Sprinkle with more cinnamon or Splenda. Eat warm.

Banana walnut protein pudding

Serves 1
Ingredients:
½ cup Plain 0% Greek Yogurt
½ Banana
1 Scoop Beverly International Vanilla UMP
2T Walden Farms Caramel Syrup
1T Walnuts, chopped
1-1 ½ cup oats
1-2 tsp. baking powder
Instructions:
  1. 1) Combine all ingredients in a bowl
  2. 2) Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes if you can wait unlike me

Peanut Butter Berry Protein Power Pudding

Serves 1
10 oz. sweet potato
1 scoop Beverly Vanilla UMP
1T Peanut Butter
¼ cup oats
¼ cup Blueberries
¼ cup Raspberries
¼ cup Walden Farms Blueberry syrup
Instructions:
  1. 1) Combine all ingredients in a small bowl
  2. 2) Chill in freezer for 30 minutes to set
  3. 3) Mixture will be thick. If you&rsd like, add 8oz of water and ice and make into a smoothie. :)

Chocolate-covered caramel apple protein pudding

Ingredients:
1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
1 scoop Beverly Chocolate UMP
1 small apple, diced
2T Walden Farms Caramel Syrup/Dip
1 tsp. Truvia
2T peanuts (or any nuts. I used pecans because I wanted to)
Instructions:
  1. 1) Place protein, syrup, Truvia and yogurt in a small bowl and combine well.
  2. 2) Fold in diced apple and top with nuts.
  3. 3) Tastes just like when you were kid!

UMP PUDDING #1

Put 1-2 scoops Ultimate Muscle Protein in a bowl and mix with water. Keep slowly adding water and stirring (I recommend a fork instead of a spoon, it thickens better) until it is pudding-like consistency. Add 1 tsp. of cinnamon and 2 tbsp. of heavy cream. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

UMP PUDDING #2

½ pkt single serving sugar free Jell-O pudding mix

Easy cookies & creme pudding

1 ½ – 2 scoops UMP cookies & créme
1 tbsp. cashew butter, almond butter or natural peanut butter
Water
Mix ingredients into a pudding consistency. Top with 1-2 tbsp. of Cool Whip if you’d like.

Mocha pudding

1 scoop UMP chocolate
1 scoop Muscle Provider chocolate
2 tbsp. ground flax meal
3 oz. coffee
Mix together for a fabulous pudding. When I really need a treat, I make it super thick so it tastes like brownies.
Directions:

PEANUT BUTTER MOCHA PUDDING

Ingredients:
2 scoops of your favorite Ultimate Muscle Protein flavor (I like to use vanilla)
1 tsp. natural peanut butter (or you can use almond or cashew butter)
About ¼ cup of fresh hot coffee
2 tbsp. fat free Cool Whip (use this off season)
Mix first three ingredients together in a small bowl or to make it more fun, in a coffee cup. You will need to adjust the amount of coffee depending on the consistency you desire. Top with Cool Whip as you eat.

BERRY PUDDING

Ingredients:
2 scoops Vanilla UMP
¼ cup water or enough to make a pudding consistency
¼ cup mixed berries (blueberries & raspberries)
3 sliced strawberries
Optional: 1-2 tbsp. heavy whipping cream
Mix UMP and ½ the recommended water until combined. Add more water if needed to make a smooth and creamy pudding consistency. Add heavy whipping cream if your diet calls for it. Top with mixed berries and sliced strawberries.

Muscle Provider pudding

Ingredients:
2 scoops Muscle Provider
¼ cup egg substitute (optional)
generous amount of cinnamon
4-5 tbsp. heavy whipping cream
3-4 strawberries or blueberries
Put all ingredients in a bowl except the fruit. Add just enough water to make a very thick paste or pudding. Lastly, add in the strawberries or blueberries and stir again.
Put in the fridge to chill before eating.

OH MY HEAVENS MP PUDDING

Ingredients:
2 scoops Muscle Provider chocolate
1 tbsp. Walden Farm’s no-carb marshmallow fluff
1-2 tbsp. softened natural peanut butter (depending on your calories)
Whip together and put in the freezer for 30 minutes.

RASPBERRY UMP SWIRL

Directions:
2 scoops UMP vanilla and ¼ cup egg substitute mixed with enough water to make pudding consistency. Microwave only until warm and gooey. Then swirl in sugar free, fat free raspberry jam.

BUTTERFINGER CHOCOLATE PUDDING

2 scoops UMP chocolate
1 tbsp. almond butter
½ tsp. butterscotch instant pudding (sugar free)
1 tbsp. fat free cool whip
1 tbsp. sugar free maple syrup
Add just enough water to make a pudding texture. Chill in the fridge for about 15 minutes.

Julie’s mocha protein pudding

Ingredients:
8 oz. cup hot coffee
2 scoops UMP
1 tbsp. peanut butter
Use a large Coffee Mug. Add UMP and peanut butter to hot coffee. Stir to pudding like consistency and eat.

MERINGUE PUDDING

2-3 tbsp. heavy whipping cream
2 scoops UMP or Muscle Provider
1/3 cup of pasteurized egg whites
½ tsp. of cream of tartar

Mix the eggs and cream of tartar with a hand mixer until the eggs are foamy. Then add your heavy cream (I add 3 tbsp.). Mix until the mix starts to rise a bit, but it should still be liquid. Next add 1 scoop of protein. Blend until you start to get a pudding consistency. Next add a bit of water to thin it out again. Then add the second scoop of protein. Blend now until you get the consistency you want.

You can add calorie free sweeteners such as Splenda or sugar free chocolate syrup or whatever you want to flavor it a bit.

UMP DELICIOUS BANANA TREAT

2 scoops UMP vanilla
½ cup liquid egg whites
½ cup water
1/3 cup small curd cottage cheese
½ banana
Few dried berries or cherries
Mix and fold. Makes 2-3 servings. May eat immediately, or as I prefer, chilled!

UMP TROPICAL TREAT

Ingredients:
1 scoop UMP vanilla
1 tbsp. heavy whipping cream – optional
½ cup HOOD fat free milk or ½ cup low carb vanilla yogurt
½ cup ½ cottage cheese
Strawberries, pineapple, coconut or raspberries
1 tbsp. granola, oat-n-honey bar or 1/3 cup Ezekiel 4.9 whole grain cereal

Whisk first 4 ingredients in a bowl until well blended. Add 4 strawberries, pineapple, coconut or raspberries. Top with granola or cereal.

1 whole egg, 3 whites
½ cup washed 1% cottage cheese
¼ cup Splenda

RICE PUDDING

Ingredients:
1 scoop UMP vanilla
½ cup cold, cooked brown rice
Cinnamon to taste
Enough water to make a pudding
Mix to a pudding consistency. Let mixture sit in the fridge to chill for 20-30 minutes. I use this as an alternative to my UMP/oatmeal shake.

BED TIME DELIGHT

Ingredients:
¼ cup warm water
1 scoop Muscle Provider chocolate
1 cup fat free cottage cheese
2 tbsp. natural peanut butter
2 packs Splenda
1 heaping tbsp. of instant decaf coffee grounds
Mix this up really well and then freeze it for 2-3 hours, so it’s thick and stiff, but not hard like a brick. It tastes absolutely awesome! It’s hard to imagine this is clean eating to be honest.

PUMPKIN UMP TREAT

Ingredients:
1 scoop Vanilla UMP
½ cup pure pumpkin (I use Libby’s canned pumpkin)
¼ tsp. pumpkin spice
1 tbsp. fat free cool whip (optional)
Add a little cold water for pudding consistency
Mix it all up and voila! You have a pumpkin pie treat that’s actually healthy for you. I love to add a few almonds to give it a little crunch.

PUMPKIN TREAT

¼ – ½ cup canned pumpkin
½ cup (or just a little) low carb granola
1-2 tbsp. sugar free butterscotch pudding

½ cup canned pumpkin
½ cup old fashioned oats
1 tsp. of cinnamon spice
