UMP with powdered peanut butter

By: Emma24

1 cup Ice
1 cup water
2 packets Swiss Miss Diet Hot Cocoa powder (25cal per packet)
1 scoop UMP
4 tbsp. PB2***
5 packets Truvia Brand (its Stevia/Erythritol blend sweetener.
This stuff is the best Stevia supplement I’ve tasted! Definitely no bitter taste and I swear it has a slight vanilla flavor to it)

Blend all ingredients together in a Blender and voila, you have something that tastes sinfully delicious. Now you can play with this recipe,of course, and use less water for a thicker shaker or milk for a creamier shake. Make sure you have a decent blender that can make it totally smooth. I have a Vita-Mix industrial strength blender which makes my shakes super smooth and no ice chunks.*** PB2 by Bell Plantation is for people like me who are crazy about peanut butter but don’t want all the fat. Just mix 2 tbsp. PB2 with 1 tbsp. water. It mixes into the same consistency as regular PB and it tastes the same! It’s only 52 calories for 1 serving with 6g Protein. You can buy it online at or do a search where they distribute their product.

2-6 tbsp. heavy cream
1/8 tsp. peppermint extract

Blend to desired consistency. I haven’t tried any other extracts but I’m sure they all taste just as good. Also, one teaspoon is only 12 calories and you only need 1/8 of that.

The eight-scoop fast gains for the slow gainer protein shake

Simply blend a large thermos full of protein shake upon waking, sip it throughout the day,and finish it by the time you retire for the evening. Numerous studies have shown that increased periods of protein intake will predispose the body to greater levels of nitrogen retention, particularly while engaging in grueling workouts. If you work from home or have an office with a nearby fridge, you may store your shake there but the visual reminder of a thermos on your desk seems to help keep your protein needs in mind. Monster shake

By: Jon Abrams

32 oz. Vitamin D milk
16 oz. of heavy whipping cream
4 scoops Ultimate Muscle Protein
This shake works best if you mix the milk and Ultimate Muscle Protein in a blender. While your milk and UMP are mixing, pour the cream into a LARGE (at least 60oz Rubbermaid beverage container). Finally, add the milk/UMP mix to the cream in the beverage container. Secure your lid, give a few shakes to stir everything together and you’re ready to GROW. This makes one day’s worth of "Monster Shake."

16 oz. milk (do not be afraid to use Vitamin D milk with this one)
3 scoops chocolate or vanilla Beverly Mass Maker
1 scoops chocolate or vanilla Beverly UMP or Muscle Provider
